What does this mean for MusiCalc customers?

The acquisition of MusiCalc by RoyaltyShare will be beneficial to MusiCalc customers. First and foremost, MusiCalc’s executive staff, including Asa Palmer and Chris Palmer, will be joining RoyaltyShare and become core members of the RoyaltyShare Europe team, ensuring that customers will continue to work with the same staff. In addition, RoyaltyShare plans to expand the operations to include additional development and support resources.

MusiCalc customers will also benefit from access to services provided by RoyaltyShare. RoyaltyShare provides services that support the digital sales process including digital sales data aggregation, digital revenue analytics, and content management and delivery. MusiCalc customers will have the opportunity to expand their existing services to include other valuable and complementary offerings.

How will RoyaltyShare’s services integrate with MusiCalc?

More details of our product plan will be communicated in the coming months, but we can provide a few details. RoyaltyShare specializes in assisting labels and distributors manage digital sales processing and royalties. RoyaltyShare offers a service called Digital Advantage that removes the burden of processing digital sales files. The next update of MusiCalc will include a feature that integrates with the valuable RoyaltyShare service. We will provide more details of this new feature upon the release of the update scheduled for September.

When does RoyaltyShare plan to open a UK office?

RoyaltyShare will maintain the current MusiCalc offices in Surrey and looks to open a new office in London in 2008
